If you consume spicy foods you are more likely to experience stomach rumblings, but if it occurs without reason often, you should know that it’s not normal.

Increased anxiety and weak arms and legs are the two last symptoms of an impending heart attack. When the heart isn’t getting enough oxygen and blood, it sends warning signals to the spinal nerves which could cause tingling in the arms and legs as well as weakness. Pay attention to all these symptoms, and visit a doctor if they have been going on for a while.

Prevention

Heart attack is more common in women than men, which is why regular medical exams are required to prevent them. Unfortunately, many people ignore the signs and symptoms of the condition before it becomes too late. If you notice the aforementioned symptoms, you should get a blood test on inflammatory markers, chest CT scan, ECG scan and an angiogram.
