Cardiologists Suggests 5-Day Diet for Weight Loss

The diet plan is simple. All you have to do is to make the same breakfast every day: 1 fruit, except for grapes and bananas. You can eat blueberries or blackberries because they are rich in antioxidants.
Lunch: 1 cup of yogurt, an orange, and an egg
Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1 small lettuce or cucumber salad, and 2 pieces of toast
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 1 orange, 1 toast, and 125 gr. Of red meat
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 cucumber, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: 1 toast, 1cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 125 gr. Of cooked red meat and 1 orange
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 toast and 125 gr. Of cottage cheese
Dinner: the same as in day 3
Lunch: 1 toast, 1 tomato, 200 gr. Of cooked meat or fish
Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked peas, potatoes, and carrots.
Eat this diet for 5 days and then, make a short pause of 2 days. Then, do it again for 5 more days.
