It consists of eggs, as a primary source of protein and fruits. Always chose organic and fresh. Besides, if you combine it with some sort of physical activities, you will lose up to 15 pounds!

The diet plan is simple. All you have to do is to make the same breakfast every day: 1 fruit, except for grapes and bananas. You can eat blueberries or blackberries because they are rich in antioxidants.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 cup of yogurt, an orange, and an egg

Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1 small lettuce or cucumber salad, and 2 pieces of toast

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg

Dinner: 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 1 orange, 1 toast, and 125 gr. Of red meat

Day 3

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 cucumber, 1 boiled egg

Dinner: 1 toast, 1cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 125 gr. Of cooked red meat and 1 orange

Day 4

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 toast and 125 gr. Of cottage cheese

Dinner: the same as in day 3

Day 5

Lunch: 1 toast, 1 tomato, 200 gr. Of cooked meat or fish

Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked peas, potatoes, and carrots.

Eat this diet for 5 days and then, make a short pause of 2 days. Then, do it again for 5 more days. It’s important to cook the meals without salt and to avoid alcohol during this diet.
